YOUR MISSION
Are you a young engineer (less than 5 years of experience) passionate about the water cycle and related professions? Do you want to actively contribute to environmental protection? This position is part of a Graduate Experts initiative to strengthen SUEZ's technical expertise worldwide by recruiting high-potential young engineers. In this role, you will be mentored by SUEZ's top experts to acquire all the necessary skills for your missions. Join the SCAST teams in Sfax, Tunisia, and the Engineering Technical Center in Bordeaux to become an expert in Engineering and Construction and take concrete action for resource conservation.
The context: Wastewater treatment in southern Tunisia is a major challenge. This unique position offers you hands-on experience on an innovative, multi-site project, where you will develop advanced technical expertise and a strong network within SUEZ, in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your missions, should you choose to accept them:
1. Technical Project Management and Coordination
: • Support the finalization of design studies alongside the Engineering Technical Center, ensuring the accurate translation of field needs and the feasibility of technical solutions.
• Manage the construction of tertiary treatment units at the 13 wastewater treatment plants to treat 40 million m³ of wastewater per year, coordinating local teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the implementation of innovative technologies (phosphatation, tertiary filtration, UV treatment) to maximize water quality and reuse.
2. Operational Management and Site Monitoring
: Supervise the progress of work on the ground, resolve technical, organizational, and administrative issues that arise daily.
Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality and safety standards by anticipating and mitigating risks.
Liaise with stakeholders (local authorities, users, internal teams) for smooth and effective coordination.
3. Skills Development and Contribution to Innovation
: Actively participate in exchanges between the Tunisian field and the technical center in France to benefit from expert support and share best practices.
Contribute to the capitalization of know-how and the implementation of sustainable solutions adapted to the context of water stress.
Develop your technical and managerial skills through involvement in a strategic project with a significant human and environmental impact.

Your onboarding will begin with a two-week immersion in Bordeaux at the Engineering Technical Center to meet the teams in charge of project design. Your adventure will continue in the field in Tunisia, based in Sfax, with responsibilities covering 13 sites in southern Tunisia. At the end of the two-year period, if the experience is successful, you will have the opportunity to further develop and share your acquired expertise within the Group by becoming a site engineer in the Group's operational entities or in construction at E&C, for example.
