To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled Graphic Designer & Content Creator Cum Marketing Executive who can blend design expertise with marketing insight to create high-impact, visually stunning, and persuasive content.

Role Overview This is not a regular design role. We are looking for someone who can visualize, design, and narrate stories through creative content. You’ll be responsible for designing seasonal product catalogs, marketing PDFs, mockups, and campaign content, along with social media creatives that highlight the personality and style of our brand. You’ll also work closely with the business development and marketing teams to translate products into compelling marketing assets that make clients say “yes”. Key Responsibilities · Creative Design & Branding o Develop seasonal product PDFs, catalogs, and flyers with strong visual storytelling. o Create product mockups, mood boards, and style guides that align with client briefs and industry trends. o Design static and digital assets that highlight product features and elevate their appeal. · Marketing Content Creation o Conceptualize engaging campaigns and visual ideas to promote products in fresh, innovative ways. o Create content that speaks to corporate clients, attracting decision-makers with a professional yet stylish aesthetic. · Social Media & Digital Exposure o Design high-quality creatives (static & animated) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms. o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all channels. · Client-Centric Design o Present product ideas and designs in ways that inspire clients to order. o Develop pitch decks, proposals, and presentations with persuasive visuals tailored to corporate audiences. · Trend & Style Leadership o Stay ahead of design and content trends, bringing in fresh concepts, visual personalities, and mood boards that reflect the season and corporate market needs. o Continuously elevate the look, feel, and brand voice of our content. Key Skills & Expertise .AI-smart, with exposure to creative and design AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway and others) and the ability to integrate them into visual storytelling, content creation, and campaign assets · Design Mastery: Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. · Creative Storytelling: Ability to design with a sense of personality, style, and mood that sells. · Marketing Savvy: Understanding of B2B marketing, corporate branding, and product positioning. · Social Media Exposure: Experience in creating content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital campaigns. · Mockups & Catalogues: Strong portfolio of product catalogs, flyers, brochures, and pitch decks. · Attention to Detail: Ability to produce polished, client-ready content consistently.
