- Develop creative and visually compelling designs for paper bags, packaging, and printed wrapping paper in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and execute design projects from ideation to final output.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure all files meet technical specifications for various printing processes.
- Adapt and modify existing designs for different product sizes, formats, and customer requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all product lines and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate color reproduction and material compatibility.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new products and packaging solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and printing technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Review and proof designs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within packaging or print production industries.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, print-ready designs for packaging and promotional materials.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free, production-ready files.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
