Adawat is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of the brand across all platforms. The role requires a designer who can transform marketing ideas into compelling static and animated visuals that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support sales objectives.

The ideal candidate understands branding, storytelling, and visual hierarchy, and can deliver high-quality designs that align with Adawat s tone, target audience, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design:

• Design marketing materials including social media posts, ads, banners, posters, flyers, and in-store visuals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual outputs.
• Create product visuals, catalogs, price lists, and promotional designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaigns into strong visual concepts.
• Prepare final files for both digital publishing and print production.

Motion Graphic Design:

• Create engaging motion graphics and short animated videos for social media and digital ads.
• Animate logos, text, icons, and promotional content.
• Produce reels, stories, ads, and short explainer videos.
• Edit and enhance videos with sound, transitions, and visual effects when required.

Creative & Strategic Contribution:

• Participate in brainstorming and creative planning for campaigns and promotions.
• Suggest innovative visual ideas that improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay updated with design trends, motion styles, and social media formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Requirements Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and motion principles.
• Ability to design for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, print, in-store).

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic Designer.
• Experience in retail, branding, or marketing design is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion work (required).
