الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Prepare monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiary financials and group reports.
- Monitor and report on intercompany reconciliations and differences.
- Collaborate with unit finance teams and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support the preparation of five-year business plans, annual budgets, and KPIs for group entities.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain the Group Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure standardised accounting practices.
- Lead quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
- Coordinate with consultants for Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and ICV audits.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
- Mentor and guide the finance and accounting team.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably within diversified manufacturing or engineering groups.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and audit finalisation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in ERP-based financial environments.
