  • Prepare reports, update records, and maintain accurate communication logs

  • Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and follow hotel policies
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to elevate the guest experience
  • Assist with additional operational tasks assigned by supervisors
