The Guest Relations & Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering positive client relationships and expanding business opportunities. This position requires someone who can seamlessly blend exceptional guest services with strategic business development acumen. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality management, be adept at identifying growth opportunities, and apply entrepreneurial thinking to enhance guest experiences. As the primary point of contact for guests, the executive will be responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction aligns with the company s service standards. They will also need to collaborate with various departments to ensure that business objectives are met. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and promote guest-centric programs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends to inform guest services.
- Coordinate with operation teams to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled on time.
- Conduct regular analysis of guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on guest satisfaction metrics for senior management review.
- Actively network with industry professionals to bolster business development efforts.
- Organize and execute special events to enhance guest engagement and relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards related to guest services.
- Manage a team of guest relations staff, providing guidance and developing their skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years experience in guest relations or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse guest interactions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer management tools.
