الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to increase market share across the UAE.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively identify and communicate with potential local clients (construction firms, hospitality groups, industrial facilities, real estate development entities, etc.) to offer solid waste solutions.
  • Service Promotion: Expertly pitch our specific capabilities in Solid Waste Collection, specialized Waste Treatment technologies, and secure Transport to Landfill services.
  • Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of commercial tenders and proposals for large-scale waste management contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt commercial strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee commercial negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable contract terms.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of commercial experience; with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Waste Management, Logistics, or Facilities Management sectors in the UAE.
  • Network: An established network of contacts within the UAE is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of waste collection logistics & treatment methodologies.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Engineering. MBA is highly desirable.
