This includes making a risk checklist, response plans, fact-checking mechanisms, and response strategies. Provide training so that teams in different countries can understand and follow the same guidelines.
3.Identify and summarize the social value of the business, and break it down into communication strategies for the public, government, and partners. Build a positive image for the platform and create news highlights that show the platform's value.
