• Lead and manage the MEA engineering team, including recruitment, training, and capability development.
• Drive strategic initiatives to grow engineered aftermarket solutions for turbomachinery and related equipment.
• Develop and approve repair procedures for Everllence and third-party equipment in collaboration with global engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for operational issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Oversee technical project management for revamps, diagnostic services, and engineered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes, safety standards, and quality norms.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, supporting sales with technical expertise.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate all field service and workshop operations across MEA.
• Develop and execute regional field service strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards across service activities.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and training for field service teams.
• Act as key customer contact for technical queries and service sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and provide technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with HQ.
• Own P&L for field service operations, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Develop PrimeServ Academy programs and lead as a regional center of excellence for training.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and company governance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional workshop capabilities.
• Promote brand reputation through high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
