• Design and deliver training seminars, online courses and other educational materials

• evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and support teams in order to maximize learning opportunities

• Supporting department heads in the development of their employees through structured career paths

• Innovating through media and technology to create an engaging learning environment

• Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, open communication channels, and mentoring.

• Maintaining strong relationships with the organization's leaders to fully understand their training needs

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in Learning & Development (Officer / Supervisor)

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.

• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to lead training sessions

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and proactively

• Experience working in a 5-star hotel is a major asset

• Proficiency in e-learning tools and platforms, with a focus on digital training solutions
