Tasks for assuming responsibility/mission:

  • Advise and assist management in legal matters
  • Perform legal validation of commercial and employee contracts
  • Alert management to the legal risks associated with the company's activities.
  • Prepare legal cases and represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies.
  • Assessing the opportunities or risks of initiating or pursuing legal proceedings and, where appropriate, seeking an amicable resolution of disputes
  • Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring related to the company's activities
  • Develop and obtain approval for the company's internal regulations
