Strategic Legal Leadership

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Group CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management.

• Develop and implement the organization’s legal strategies across multiple geographies.

• Anticipate and proactively address legal and regulatory risks in diverse jurisdictions.

Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Ensure corporate governance structures comply with international best practices and local laws.

• Oversee company secretarial matters, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and compliance filings.

• Establish and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.

• Ensure alignment with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and international compliance standards.

Contract Management & Commercial Advisory

• Review, draft, and negotiate high-value contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, and vendor agreements.

• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, financing, and strategic alliances.

Dispute Resolution & Risk Management

• Lead dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters across regions.

• Manage relationships with external counsel and regulatory authorities.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks impacting operations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and lead the in-house legal team across regions.

• Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and legal awareness.

• Manage external legal resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
