Responsibilities
- Design and implement the annual global marketing strategy across all brand divisions.
- Enhance and reinforce the brand s presence within the luxury segment, ensuring alignment with creative vision and commercial objectives.
- Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to uncover regional growth opportunities.
2. Marketing Campaign Management
- Direct the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Manage comprehensive 360 campaign deployments, including digital platforms, retail activations, advertising initiatives, and experiential marketing events.
- Guarantee the timely rollout of marketing assets in coordination with collection launches and key brand milestones.
3. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth
- Lead the overall digital marketing roadmap, including paid media strategy, social media content direction, and CRM initiatives.
- Support e-commerce marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance customer journeys and strengthen loyalty programs.
4. Retail & Wholesale Marketing
- Develop customized marketing initiatives to boost boutique performance, client engagement, and sell-through rates.
- Establish co-marketing collaborations with strategic partners, retailers, shopping malls, and regional distributors.
- Define in-store experience standards and provide brand toolkits to maintain consistency across global markets.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Manager to ensure unified brand messaging, while PR and Media remain under Communications responsibility.
- Oversee partnerships with creative, digital, PR, and media buying agencies.
6. Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and supervise the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, ROI, and performance tracking dashboards.
- Report marketing performance insights and business impact to senior leadership.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within luxury fashion or high-end retail marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing integrated multi-channel marketing strategies for premium or luxury brands.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and CRM systems.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.
