What you will do on a daily basis:

• Translating a stylistic intention into clear and usable technical specifications
• Oversee all stages of product development, from sketch to golden sample
• Managing fittings, grading, sizing and industrialization
• Optimize material and manufacturing costs in relation to the factories
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and target margins
• Establish a solid product structure : processes, documentation, traceability
• Ensure consistency in sizes and fits between products and collections

Search profile:

Hard Skills (essential):

• Technical mastery of clothing (pattern making, design, grading, materials)
• Solid experience in textile product development (5+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of textile production cycles (Europe, Asia)
• Ability to read, correct and improve tech packs and BOMs
• Budget management and product margin awareness

Soft Skills :

• Reliability, rigor, excellence in execution
• Methodical, structured, obsessed with details
• High level of autonomy and results-oriented
• Smooth communication with internal teams (style, production, management)
• Not necessarily creative, but very sensible product
