Receiving the goods : Verify the conformity of the products received with the associated documentation (delivery note, receipt report, purchase order).

Storage : Organize and classify the goods in the warehouse, ensuring their proper order and preservation.

Output control : Ensure that the products taken from the store conform to the approved picking slips.

Inventory tracking : Maintain accurate traceability of all inventory movements.

Cleanliness and safety : Ensure the organization, cleanliness and safety of stocks in the warehouse and cold storage rooms at all times.

Management of obsolete stock : Conduct a regular review of stock to eliminate obsolete or slow-moving products, and inform management.

Inventory management control : Periodically check the discrepancies between the theoretical stock and the actual stock.

Monthly closing : Prepare at the end of each month a stock statement in accordance with the hotel's accounting plan, for posting to the general ledger.

Compliance with standards : Ensure compliance with legal, tax and uniform accounting procedures.
