- Generate a deep understanding of all core target markets in the region and develop strategies to win in each market.
- Identify the main players per market and build relationships with potential customers and other key external stakeholders.
- Build and develop a strong team that can drive the future growth in the region.
- Set ambitious and motivational goals to challenge the sales team and meet the business plan.
- Drive account management leadership for the area sales organization. Ensure focus on developing new business at target accounts.
- Create a strong network with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Develop and implement Marketing activities for all countries.
- Develop and implement the best logistics services for each market closely together with the logistics team.
- Willingness to extensive travel into the local markets as needed.

Education & Experience
- University degree in economics, sciences, engineering, or a comparable field
- Solid years of sales and industry experience, with a strong focus on African markets
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the automotive aftermarket
Leadership & Cultural Acumen
- Strong people leader with a clear commitment to team development and performance growth
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Languages
- Fluent in English; French strongly preferred
- Additional languages are an advantage

- Inspirational leadership and decision making ability
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, combining logic with strategic creativity
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Ability to lead and deliver complex, cross functional initiatives
