The Head of Technology & Data Integration plays a critical executive role in defining, governing, and advancing the Group’s technology vision, architecture, and data-driven operations.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Technology & Data Integration acts as the Group’s senior technology leader, he is responsible for leading, defining and executing Faham Group’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing IT, ERP, data integration, automation, and digital platforms, and ensuring that technology investments directly support business growth, operational excellence, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.

Reporting directly to the COO, the role partners closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into secure, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions across all business units.

Responsibility:

Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture (CTO Function)

-Define and own Faham Group’s enterprise technology vision, architecture, and multi-year roadmap. --Ensure technology platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business growth.

-Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they deliver competitive advantage.

-Act as the Group’s senior authority on technology, data, and digital enablement.

Digital Transformation & Automation

-Lead group-wide digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, sales, HR, and corporate functions.

-Identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and manual workflows and drive automation and system-based optimization.

-Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.

ERP, Core Systems & Data Integration

-Own the end-to-end ERP ecosystem (Odoo or future ERP platforms) and all core business systems.

-Ensure seamless data integration between ERP, production systems, CRM, design tools, and analytics platforms.

-Define data models, integration standards, and system interoperability across the Group.

-Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity at enterprise level. 4. Data Governance, Analytics & Intelligence

-Establish data governance frameworks covering data ownership, quality, access, and lifecycle management.

-Enable reliable management reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support executive and operational decision-making.

-Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

IT Governance, Security & Risk Management

-Define and enforce IT governance, cybersecurity, access control, and change management frameworks.

-Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

-Own technology risk management and business continuity readiness.

Change Management & Business Adoption

-Lead organization-wide change management for technology initiatives.

-Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.

-Drive accountability for correct and consistent system usage across all departments.
