Job Purpose:

The Head - Technology Solutions leads the Bank s technology development and application landscape across core banking, digital channels, and surrounding enterprise systems. He/ She ensures the design, development, integration, and optimization of business-critical applications.
The Head - Technology Solutions drives AI adoption, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance agility and scalability. He/ She aligns all related technology solutions with the Bank s fintech-oriented digital roadmap to maintain compliance and support rapid delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Defines and executes technology solutions strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Guides adoption of AI tools and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversees end-to-end lifecycle of core banking, digital channels, ERP, payment systems, and middleware.
• Ensures interoperability and seamless integration across internal and external systems.
• Drives API-first integration strategy for secure and efficient connectivity.
• Maintains enterprise architecture principles to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Evaluates and integrates emerging technologies to support fintech agility.
• Collaborates with data teams to leverage AI for predictive analytics and process automation.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory frameworks, PCI DSS, and data privacy standards.
• Partners with Cybersecurity teams to maintain a robust security posture.
• Manages strategic vendor relationships to optimize technology partnerships.
• Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
• Owns technology budgets, monitors expenses, and delivers cost optimization.
• Builds and mentors a high-performing team to support evolving technology needs.
