Your mission

At the heart of the ibis customer experience, you are the primary ambassador for our catering service. You guarantee a warm, dynamic and professional welcome, true to the simple, modern and friendly spirit of the ibis brand.

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming, seating and assisting customers with professionalism and friendliness

• Supervise the dining room service (breakfast, lunch, dinner depending on the hotel's activity)

• Advise customers on menus, packages and ibis Kitchen offers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints efficiently.

• Coordinate the front-of-house team and ensure good communication with the kitchen

• Apply and enforce ibis/Accor standards, internal procedures, and food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
