Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations of the High School with clarity and vision

Foster a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment that empowers students to thrive

Support and mentor teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high standards across all subjects

Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to cultivate trust and shared purpose

Lead strategic planning, professional development, and school improvement initiatives aligned with AUS’s mission

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and uphold the values of our school community

Requirements

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

Proven experience in high school leadership and administration

Strong knowledge of American curriculum and international school practices

Passion for empowering students and fostering teacher growth
