Physical Security Management • Oversee all physical security operations for company offices, data centres, and critical infrastructure. • Manage access control systems, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and visitor management platforms. • Conduct regular inspections and audits of security systems, ensuring all equipment is operational and up to compliance standards. • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility access, incident handling, and physical asset protection. • Coordinate with third-party security providers and ensure contract compliance and service quality. Incident Response & Risk Management • Lead and coordinate incident response for physical breaches, safety hazards, and emergencies. • Perform threat and vulnerability assessments for all locations and recommend risk mitigation strategies. • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans, including evacuation drills and crisis management exercises. • Maintain a 24/7 escalation and monitoring process for security alerts and facility incidents. Operational Oversight • Supervise security guards, contractors, and other operational security staff. • Oversee badge issuance, facility key management, and security clearance processes. • Work closely with HR and IT for offboarding/onboarding access control and coordination with digital security policies. • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with safety regulations, local laws, and data protection standards related to surveillance and facility access. Security Projects & Reporting • Lead new physical security projects, including system upgrades, new office build-outs, and infrastructure improvements. • Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) for new physical security technologies with AI monitoring analysis tools • Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents, system performance, and ongoing improvements for management review. • Track KPIs for incident rates, system uptime, and response times to ensure operational excellence.
