About the Role

The Host is considered the connection between the One&Only One Za abeel and the Guests, overseeing all Guests needs during the stay and assisting them with reservations, special events, refreshment center preferences, room orientation, guest laundry cleaning services, packing, unpacking of their luggage. You will go beyond service basics, anticipating and creating everlasting memories for our Guests.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel. You will have a strong guest drive, communication and organization skills, and attention to detail. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent problem-solving abilities. You should be familiar with hotel reservation systems, and MS Office. Additional languages such as ]
