1. Ensure a clean environment in front of the reception desk.
2. Ensure that basic standards are maintained with telephone procedures and customer reception.
3. To ensure adequate supply of menu book, and reservation inserts.
4. Clean up menus and change them according to the time of day.
5. Clean the interior and around the food court area as needed and as directed by the restaurant manager.
6. Empty the trash can in the welcome stand if necessary.
7. Work according to the instructions of the Restaurant Manager.
8. Collect station menus and check them during service.
9. Work together with other staff members in all departments.
10. Assist the servers in the set up table.
11. Copy concierge, bar and kitchen on the reserves.
12. Ensuring that adequate reading material is available to our customers.
13. Know all the food and beverages served in the restaurant.
14. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
15. Approach customers in the right way.
16. Always use the customer's name whenever possible.
17. Assist customers during a fire or emergency evacuation.
18. Be honest, sober and behave well at all times.
19. Have an excellent knowledge of the food products on the menu, to be able to explain the preparation and ingredients.
20. Have a good knowledge of the wine served in the restaurant.
21. Be well informed about the hotel, the product and take ownership of small queries.
