• Support daily operations in departments such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, or Guest Services.
• Learn and apply hotel service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, event coordination, or restaurant service under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shadow senior associates.
• Gain exposure to administrative duties, guest relations, and hospitality systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
