الأدوار والمسؤوليات
A. Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across camp rooms, common areas, restrooms, dining halls, offices, and site facilities.
- Plan and assign duties to housekeeping staff and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct daily inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials are available and safely handled.
B. Staff Supervision & Training
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of housekeeping staff.
- Train staff in cleaning procedures, chemical usage, waste management, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure staff follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Qatar hygiene standards, food safety guidelines (if applicable), and NSH safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or health risks to management.
- Support health and safety audits or inspections.
D. Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and chemicals.
- Prepare requisitions and ensure cost-effective usage of materials.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
- Minimum 35 years experience in housekeeping supervision (camp, hotel, or facility management).
- Experience in GCC, ideally with large workforce accommodations.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience with oil & gas project camps or construction site facilities.
- Training or certification in housekeeping, hygiene, or facility management.
- Ability to manage multicultural staff.
Key Competencies
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good time management and task planning.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and waste handling.
- Ability to handle staff issues professionally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
