Context :
We are recruiting an HR Officer to join a new factory for our client. You will play a key role in the administrative management of personnel and the smooth running of HR processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience while supporting the operational efficiency of the factory.
Main tasks:
Complete HR administration
- Manage the entire administrative cycle of employees (contracts, amendments, onboarding, offboarding, probationary periods, personnel files)
- Ensuring rigor and compliance in all processes
HR Data Management
- Ensure the entry, updating and reliability of information in HR (HRIS) systems
- Maintaining employee files daily
Payroll support
- Consolidate the variable elements (attendance, leave, overtime, absences)
- Prepare payroll in coordination with the relevant teams.
Interface with external organizations
- Maintaining daily contact with social organizations, insurance companies, and local authorities
- Ensuring the accuracy of records and resolving administrative issues
Onboarding coordination
- Prepare welcome documents and manage equipment requests
- Organize integration programs and ensure a successful arrival experience.
Leave and absence management
- Follow up on requests and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
- Supporting employees with questions
Production of HR documents
- Drafting and preparing work certificates, attestations, administrative letters and standard documents
Recruitment support
- Participate in CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation when necessary.
Desired profile:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role
- Mastery of French, English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of local labor law, social security processes, and administrative obligations.
- Experience in interacting with authorities, social organizations, and insurance companies.

Desired profile:

- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role
- Mastery of French, English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of local labor law, social security processes, and administrative obligations.
- Experience in interacting with authorities, social organizations, and insurance companies.
- Good mastery of HRIS systems and a strong sense of detail in data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Exemplary confidentiality and integrity in the management of sensitive data
- Prior exposure to recruitment is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and good communication skills
