Accountabilities & Key Roles:

  • Inserting all new hires on HRMS.
  • Maintain staff expenses error free in regard to (documentation execution).
  • Perform HRMS data cleansing to identify missing or wrong entries, ensure HRMS is reliable.
  • Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Maintain high level of HR support Timely handling of business requests with high quality and efficient follow up in terms of consultancy, advice, implementation of HR programs, and processing of requests
  • Managing all staff personnel records into HRIS and issuing HR letters for employees (visa issuance, Passportbr>renewals, ID etc
  • Responsible for expenses claims related to travel, transport (inside and outside country) process them forbr>approval and payment
  • Responsible for filing all staff personnel records and ensure that they are properly archived.
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases take the required disciplinary action upon bank policy.

  • Track employees' absences (regular irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Responsible for Employees Contracts Renewals
  • Responsible for All Medical insurance related issues.
  • Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergencybr>Funds
  • Responsible for the medical and employee insurance file editing, cancellation and following up with the medicalbr>insurance provider
  • Arrange for the Yearly Medical Tender and performing market studies and surveys.
  • Coordinating between the bank staff the medical provider in order to enhance the approvals process solving any problems could happen (act as contact person).
  • Process all Medical Services transactions (checking and verifying with the medical provider).
  • Prepare reports related to medical providers.
  • Validating the integrity of medical claims and invoices.
  • Responsible for all communication and coordination with the medical providers for (cancelling, and updating) all medical cards for employees and their families.
  • Preparing reports as needed and validating data for current employees and their marital status.
  • Responsible for all the communication coordination and approvals related to Bank's Medical Consultant.
  • Receive sick leaves and follow up the needed approvals and add them to the HRMS.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in business from a recognized university, preferably with specialization in HR.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience.
  • Technical and analysis reporting skills.
  • Good Interpersonal presentation skills.
  • Established good relationships with medical providers governmental agencies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
