Job Description: The Human Resources Administration Manager position is located within the Human Resources department. This role is essential to ensuring the effective and efficient management of the company's human resources administration. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the department's administrative activities, from managing personnel files and monitoring recruitment procedures to implementing human resources policies and developing talent management tools. They will work closely with various department managers to coordinate staffing needs and ensure consistency in HR practices across the company.
TASKS
  • Supervise and coordinate the administrative tasks of the Human Resources department.
  • Manage the updating of personnel files, ensuring respect for confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the smooth monthly operation of payroll processes
  • To monitor the processes of selecting and integrating new employees.
  • Implement performance evaluation methods and promote professional development plans.
  • To act as an intermediary between management and employees, handling requests and concerns related to human resources.

  • Prepare and manage the budget for the Human Resources department.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Higher education in Human Resources, business management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in administrative management of Human Resources.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
  • My SAGE 100 payroll software
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage a department.
  • Mastery of computer tools and Human Resources management software.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and working under pressure.
