Job Title: HSE Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 15+ Years (preferably with prior experience working on ALDAR projects)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee all HSE activities across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HSE Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead and mentor HSE teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Promote a strong HSE culture across all levels of the organization.

1. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with UAE Federal and Emirate-level HSE laws, standards, and regulations (including ADNOC, EHSMS, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Stay updated with local and international HSE regulations and best practices.

1. Risk Management & Safety Audits:
• Conduct HSE risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and report on HSE KPIs and performance metrics.

1. Training & Awareness:
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff and contractors.
• Ensure employees and contractors understand HSE policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

1. Incident Management:
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure lessons learned are shared organization-wide.

1. Environmental Management:
• Oversee environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

1. Contractor & Stakeholder Management:
• Evaluate HSE performance of contractors and vendors.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and external auditors for HSE inspections.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE experience in the UAE, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ADNOC standards, OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience in leading HSE teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification such as NEBOSH International Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
