Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with steel Proven experience as HSE Manager within the steel manufacturing or steel construction industry.

• Strong background in managing HSE systems in heavy industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Ability to prepare, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Capability to handle high-risk activities such as hot works, lifting operations, confined spaces, and work at height.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and incident investigation skills.
• Ability to lead safety campaigns and influence safe behavior across all levels.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between different project locations as required.
