Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an ADNOC-approved HSE Officer for an ongoing Oil & Gas construction project with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have valid ADNOC HSE approval, proven experience in the Oil & Gas construction field, and prior ADNOC site experience. Only candidates who strictly meet ADNOC requirements will be considered.

Mandatory Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF NOT MET)

✅ Valid ADNOC HSE Approval / Card (Mandatory)
✅ ADNOC HSE Induction completed
✅ Proven experience in Oil & Gas Construction field (Mandatory)
✅ NEBOSH IGC certified (Issued before August 2021 – Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas HSE experience
✅ Prior experience on ADNOC projects
✅ Ability to join immediately or on short notice

Strong knowledge of:

• ADNOC HSEMS

• PTW System

• LOTO Procedures

• Risk Assessments & JSA

• Incident investigation & reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor ADNOC HSE standards at site

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections

• Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC PTW and LOTO systems

• Report incidents, near misses, and corrective actions

• Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives and contractors

• Maintain all site HSE documentation and records

Certifications

• NEBOSH IGC (Before August 2021) – Mandatory

• ADNOC HSE Approval – Mandatory

• IOSH / OSHA – Preferred
