VALLO Holding is seeking qualified HSE Officer to join our operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role supports operational excellence, safety compliance, and company growth within the department.



  • Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Develop and maintain risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures for operational activities.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety standards and ISO 14001 Environmental Management systems.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to employees.

  • Monitor and enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all work areas.

  • Maintain accurate HSE records, incident logs, and compliance documentation.

  • Ensure the organization complies with UAE health and safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA is highly preferred.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role in industrial, workshop, manufacturing or maintenance environments is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental management systems.

  • Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification skills.

  • Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.

  • Strong incident investigation and reporting abilities.

  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

  • Good knowledge of safety standards, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to enforce safety rules and influence safe behavior in the workplace.

  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
