To be compliant with the HSE policies and rules established at OETC company , by implementing and updating where necessary, procedures, controls, and measures./p>

Overall responsibility of advising all applicable HSE legislation and monitoring compliance./p>

Manage the performance of HSE activities in line with company objectives./p>

Coordinate and perform internal audits (including inspections) As and where needed geographically./p>

Supporting in the audit preparation and execution, validating the report and taking actions when needed to correct the processes./p>

Assist in Managing HSE trainings within entity./p>

Promote Tools & Methods, for H&S Training Programs./p>

Implement strategies necessary to achieve the results (competence in strategic thinking)./p>

Implementing strong adherence from management and staff to HSE demands (competence in leadership)./p>

Use all classic and electronic means of communication to bring about adherence (competence in communications)./p>

Collate monthly HSE Statistics data from entire projects and monitor HSE performance to identify areas for improvement./p>

Manage and develop health safety and environmental, programs by ensuring a safe environment consistent with regulatory, requirements, and needs./p>
