الأدوار والمسؤوليات
ضابط الصحة والسلامة البيئية:
- إجراء تفتيشات يومية في الموقع لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والممارسات غير الآمنة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة البيئية القانونية.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقييمات المخاطر، وخطط السلامة، وبيانات الطريقة.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
- تقديم محادثات صندوق الأدوات والتدريب على السلامة للعمال.
- مراقبة استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصحة والسلامة البيئية، والوثائق، وتقارير التدقيق.
- دعم تخطيط الاستجابة للطوارئ والتدريبات.
- الإبلاغ عن الأفعال والظروف غير الآمنة ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
ضابط الصحة والسلامة البيئية الأول:
- قيادة والإشراف على ضباط الصحة والسلامة البيئية، والفنيين، والمراقبين للسلامة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وخطط السلامة الخاصة بالموقع.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر المتقدمة وتحديد المخاطر عالية المستوى.
- مراجعة واعتماد بيانات الطريقة، وتقييمات السلامة الوظيفية، وتصاريح العمل.
- قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث/الحوادث وتطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تنسيق برامج التدريب على السلامة وتقييم الكفاءة.
- المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية للصحة والسلامة البيئية ومتابعة خطط العمل.
