Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, and cold rooms.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure all air conditioning and refrigeration systems run efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Monitor and optimize system energy consumption to support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as IHG brand standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve engineering-related guest issues efficiently and professionally.
Assist in equipment upgrades, system replacements, and maintenance planning as needed.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, preferably within a hotel or commercial facility.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of UAE safety and environmental codes.
Guest-focused, responsible, and proactive team player.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
Certifications or permits in HVAC or refrigeration handling as required by UAE regulations.
