الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Control and approval of AS-BUILT files for completed installations.
  • Monitor the implementation of HVAC installations on site and coordinate with the site teams.
  • Provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for existing systems.

  • Mastery of the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat exchange, essential for designing efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the field of thermal hammams.
  • Ability to size and optimize equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation) according to the energy needs of a building or installation.
  • Knowledge of modeling and simulation software for thermal fluxes and fluid dynamics (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Trane, Carrier, HAP, IESVE).
  • Knowledge of national and international standards in construction, safety, environment and energy performance.
  • Ability to manage HVAC system design, implementation and maintenance projects, including resource, cost and schedule management.
  • Skills in team management and communication with the various stakeholders in the project (architects, engineers of other specialties, contractors, clients).
  • Must often work in collaboration with other engineers (structures, electricity) and must be able to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in the field of climate engineering, thermal engineering, and energy.

  • Specific certifications or training in HVAC or energy management can be an asset.
