Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and support customers in a welcoming manner, ensuring personalized attention and high-quality service throughout the shopping experience in Niceone s Riyadh location.
- Sales Achievement: Actively strive to meet and exceed sales targets by expertly presenting our product offerings, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Niceone s evolving digital retail product line and market trends to confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Order Processing: Efficiently operate digital POS systems for accurate and seamless point-of-sale transactions while maintaining organized sales records.
- Customer Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty through effective communication, ongoing support, and post-sale follow-up with customers in the Riyadh community.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across sales and store operations, sharing insights and working together to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining store presentation and merchandise organization, ensuring the retail space reflects Niceone s excellence and brand standards.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary.
