Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Gather and analyze requirements to design and implement effective Maximo solutions.
• Provide expert recommendations on Maximo best practices and system enhancements.

Implementation & Customization

• Lead the deployment of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement custom applications, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.

System Administration & Data Management

• Perform data migration for assets and related records while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Manage system configurations, user roles, security settings, and administration tasks.
• Oversee database backup, recovery processes, and documentation of process designs.

Training & Support

• Conduct user training sessions on Maximo functionalities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Stay updated with the latest Maximo features, trends, and updates to drive innovation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and customizing IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Maximo modules, including Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Expertise in Maximo customization tools such as Automation Scripting, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and Application Designer.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and Maximo report development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Relevant certifications in Maximo or related technologies are highly desirable.
