Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ICT instruction aligned with national and international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or UAE national curriculum).
• Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world applications of technology.
• Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, coding environments, multimedia software) to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and innovative classroom environment that encourages exploration, collaboration, and responsible digital citizenship.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects, professional development, and school-wide technology initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, pedagogical trends, and educational innovations in ICT.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
• Ensure compliance with ADEK standards and institutional policies regarding teaching, assessment, and student welfare.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or recognized teaching diploma.
• Minimum of 4 5 years of proven experience teaching ICT at the secondary or high school level.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or above (mandatory).
• Valid teaching license issued by a recognized authority (e.g., ADEK, UAE Ministry of Education, or equivalent).
• ADEK Appointment Letter (mandatory for employment).
• Strong classroom management skills and experience in diverse, multicultural learning environments.
• Proficiency in English language instruction and communication (essential for teaching and reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning effectively.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and data-driven instruction.
• Nationality: Arab National (preferred), Western National, or Native English Speaker only.
