Import and Logistics Coordinator

Monitoring of orders from foreign suppliers.

• Send the necessary instructions to foreign suppliers for the preparation of all documents necessary for importation.
• Verification and validation of all documents necessary for importation (pro forma, invoice, BL/AWB, certificate of origin, EUR1 ...etc).
• Monitoring the shipping procedure for the goods.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are delivered from the foreign supplier to the local bank within the required timeframes.
• Preparation of all necessary documents for obtaining technical visas and import authorizations from local authorities.
• To travel to local administrations and ensure that all import authorizations are obtained in a timely manner to meet the company's commitments.
• Monitoring of the customs clearance operation until receipt of the goods.
• D. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of import laws and closely monitor official updates and notices.
