Reporting to the Sales Field Manager, you will be responsible for developing business with key industrial accounts and participating in business projects. To achieve your objectives, you will work closely with the Baking Center Manager for Algeria and the MEA Formulation team.

Missions:

- Business development:

  • Manage the entire sales process related to major industrial accounts.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations in order to successfully conclude long-term agreements and partnerships.
  • Monitor and manage strategic industrial accounts, ensuring OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance and aligning with customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify and evaluate new industrial projects and develop business plans with clients to strengthen collaboration and support mutual growth.
  • Negotiating tailored solutions adapted to the needs of the client and the company.
  • Participate in the management of new projects
  • Implement monitoring and reporting tools.

- Strategy :

  • Implement the commercial strategy as well as the pricing and product policies for key accounts.
  • Deploy the necessary resources for acquiring new customers and ensure good service to existing customers.
  • Collect and consolidate market information and produce a business intelligence report

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

With a degree in Business/Commercial, you have significant experience in managing industrial accounts in the agri-food sector.

- Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in O365 office tools, PBI, CRM
  • Ability to drive product and process innovation
  • Fluent Arabic, English and French

- Behavioral skills:

  • Customer focus and results.
  • Ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context, within the framework of projects requiring autonomy, initiative and anticipation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and operational indicators
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Problem-solving mindset
