Industrial Site Manager
Industrial Management and Overall Performance:
Lead all site activities: production, maintenance, scheduling and supply chain; Guarantee the achievement of industrial, economic and operational performance objectives; Ensure synergies with support functions, particularly sales, R&D and logistics, to guarantee the overall smooth operation and financial profitability of the site and adherence to allocated budgets.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards; Deploy and maintain a culture of food safety and risk prevention; Supervise HACCP procedures, the handling of non-conformities, and continuous improvement plans
Team Management and Change Management
: Managing, structuring, and developing multidisciplinary teams; supporting teams in a context of industrial and organizational transformation; uniting teams around common objectives and a results-oriented culture
Group Strategy, Projects and Reporting:
Actively contribute to the group's industrial vision and its local implementation; Manage major industrial projects: business transfers, ramp-up, site acquisitions; Ensure structured and regular reporting to group management
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Having graduated from an engineering school, ideally in industrial engineering, process engineering or agri-food, you have a proven track record of at least 10 years in managing an industrial site, ideally in an agri-food or demanding process environment.
Technical skills:
Complete management of an industrial site: production, maintenance, supply chain, budget; Mastery of quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; Management of complex industrial projects and business transfers; Experience with continuous improvement tools: Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, FMEA; Fluent professional English, regular interaction with international contacts
Human skills:
Operational leadership, ability to unite and engage teams; Strong change management and decision-making skills; Results-oriented, rigorous, and able to prioritize; Customer-focused, reliable, and highly professional
