Job Description
Manage industrialization projects in the context of a new industrialization, a change or a transfer of activity. by ensuring the achievement of the deliverables and milestones of the "industrialization" process according to the SAFRAN standards in force.
Complementary Description
Implement the industrialization plan in accordance with the program schedule.
Ensure the implementation of DVI-PPAP deliverables in consultation with the Industrialization Quality.
To analyse the extent of the work linked to the industrialisation project.
Carry out Risk Analysis and Classify the Industrialization Criticality.
Establish the list of industrialization deliverables and their maturity by milestone.
Ensure that the analysis of the manufacturability of the product is carried out.
Initiate the DVI-PPAP
industrial validation file Set up with the PM the production schedule for the certification and ISP phase.
Install, with the project team, the visual schedules ( Exp :OBEYA, ) appropriate for management and monitoring.
Initiate the management of recurring and non-recurring costs.
Initiate, track and monitor KPIs with regular reporting.
Ensure the review of the risk analysis proc d (e.g. FMEA proc d )
Pilot the action plan to remove non-conformities following the manufacture and control of FAI products.
Define the indicators for the monitoring of the QCDRS
objectives Prepare the reviews of the programmed milestones according to the SAFRAN standards.
Ensure the reviews of industrialization
milestones Establish with the project team the production preparation plan.
