الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Ensure the monitoring of industrialization deliverables

Ensuring the process complies with regulatory, normative and customer requirements during the development phase,

Validate the ISP/DVI product files

Initiate/Ensure the conduct of the risk analysis and the process monitoring plan

Managing the handling of non-conformities during the industrialization phase

Managing the APQP process

Validate the process capability

Ensuring the transfer of production quality

Participate in the continuous improvement of the entity

Participate in the internal monitoring of the QMS

Provide close management and coaching to the industrial quality team.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Mechanical/Industrial Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/project quality management in the automotive/aeronautical sector, including a minimum of 2 years as a team manager.

Decision-making

Team management (individual support, motivation skills, etc.)

Communication skills (language proficiency, public speaking)

Analysis and synthesis

Knowledge of products/processes (nomenclature, functions, etc.)
