Industry & Infrastructure Sector Manager

Reporting to the International Development Department, you will play a key role in supporting French companies wishing to develop in the Moroccan market, as well as in promoting and developing the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.

Your main responsibilities:

1/ Business Consulting & Support:
- Respond to information requests from French companies;
- Organize business meetings and formulate tailored proposals;
- Understand the needs of prospects and offer personalized support;
- Communicate effectively with technical and institutional stakeholders in the industry and infrastructure sectors;
- Draft and send commercial proposals.

2/ Business Development & Prospecting:
- Identify new prospects: phone calls, emails, trade shows, networks, etc.;
- Qualify leads, negotiate offers, and support companies;
- Develop and manage a network of stakeholders in France and Morocco.

3/ Mission & Project Organization:
- Organize individual and group sector-specific prospecting missions;
- Coordinate studies, field surveys, and sector analyses with internal teams;
- Prepare meeting schedules, write interview notes, and ensure follow-up.

4/ Content Analysis & Production:
- Prepare sector overviews and industry presentations;
- Produce analyses, summaries, and strategic reports on the Moroccan market;
- Update customer information in tracking tools and the CRM;
- Provide personalized follow-up to build customer loyalty.

5/ Reporting & Coordination:
- Ensure regular and structured activity reporting;
- Collaborate across departments with internal teams: Logistics, Marketing/Communication, Regional Delegations, and support functions.
