Overview

AtkinsRealis is seeking an experienced Information Manager with expertise in site supervision to oversee and manage the project information systems for a large-scale Building project in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all project information is accurately captured, processed, and shared across stakeholders, with a particular focus on the site supervision aspects. This role requires deep knowledge of LOD 400 and 500 standards and must be filled by a candidate who is fluent in Arabic, as communication with local teams and stakeholders is key

Your role

• Information Systems: Set up and maintain systems for handling project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Site Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date project data is available for the site team and other stakeholders.
• Collaborative Communication: Support and facilitate communication across all teams involved in the project, from construction to design to project management.
• Training and Support: Train site personnel on information management tools, procedures, and standards, including LOD 400/500 specifications and document control protocols.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to information flow or document management and propose solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies concerning information management and data privacy.

About you

• Drives the strategic planning and management of BIM functions included but not limited managing the production of Asset Information Model (AIM) with the related O&M data by using COBie.
