Language: الإنجليزية Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary Lead the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring secure, seamless user access and lifecycle management across on premise and cloud environments, focusing on OCI IAM, IDCS, PaaS, EPM and Fusion Security. Key Responsibilities Identity Governance & Administration (IGA): Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning, role management, and access requests within Fusion Apps, EPM, PaaS and IDCS. Implement and maintain user/role synchronization between Fusion Apps, EPM, PaaS and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). Authentication & Authorization: Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML/OIDC with external Identity Providers (IDPs) like Azure AD/Entra ID. Set up federation between Fusion Apps, IDCS, and OCI services (e.g., OCI IAM, Integration Cloud). Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strong authentication policies. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM: Manage OCI IAM policies, groups, users, and dynamic groups. Integrate OCI IAM with Fusion Cloud identity domains for centralized access control. Fusion Cloud Security: Administer Fusion Security Console (Roles, Duties, Privileges, and Data Security Policies). Develop and manage role-provisioning rules based on HCM data. Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments. Integration & Architecture: Design and implement IAM integration patterns for Fusion Cloud extensions and OCI services (e.g., Visual Builder, Integration Cloud). Develop technical solutions adhering to enterprise security architecture standards. Configuring OAuth token-based authentication to allow custom-built extensions to interact with Fusion REST APIs. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 3 support for complex IAM issues, including SSO, federation, and provisioning failures. Monitor IDCS and Fusion IAM logs and alerts. Required Skills & Experience Deep expertise in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), OCI IAM, Fusion Applications Security, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM. Experience with federating Fusion Apps with OCI and third party IDPs (Azure AD/Entra ID).

Strong understanding of Identity Governance principles, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM). Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Console, Fusion Security Console, Postman (for API testing). Excellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration with architects, PMs, and business stakeholders. Relevant Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Professional, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Certified Professional).
