Job Description
1- Infrastructure:
Achieve facility and energy management objectives from the SEP/SEPM Roadmap.
Comply with the One Safran Facilities standard.
Establish performance KPIs and track actions in the PDCA cycle.
Monitor the planning and quality of preventive and corrective maintenance work on technical installations and new building construction.
Track project schedules, milestones, and work quality, and alert the department manager to any malfunctions
. Prepare specifications for general services work and equipment purchases.
Lead project meetings for improvements and modifications with requesting departments.
Analyze and resolve technical infrastructure incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety rules by service providers and the local general services team.
Monitor regulatory infrastructure control and the associated action plan.
Manage the administrative and regulatory aspects of industrial waste.
2- Energy:
Achieve energy objectives from the SEP/SEPM Roadmap.
Participate in the implementation of energy performance indicators;
Comply with the requirements of the Safran Energy Standard One.
Ensure regular communication with employees (KPIs, awareness messages on optimizing energy consumption);
Participate in and prepare the data related to the SME to be provided during the certification audit.
Ensure and monitor the employee training and awareness plan on energy.
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of the industrial environment (Electricity, Energy);
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
