Main tasks:

• Mastering Stellantis processes (APQP, ECR, etc.).
• Facilitate convergence sessions (mini-platforms, supplier meetings) and present at project meetings (GDM, Quality Pano, etc.).
• Create 3D models using CATIA V5 , while integrating technical constraints.
• Study and design BIW sheet metal assemblies and components.
• Analyze the specifications and propose optimized solutions.
• Apply the sheet metal industry rules (3P, stamping, fitting).
• To interface with other project roles and ensure technical follow-up.
• Participate in client meetings and share information in a formalized manner.
• Provide expertise on the scope of openings and sealing (doors, hoods, wings).
• Use and master the PLM tool for product data management.
• Create and manage ECR/ECO, ensure GDM follow-up.
• Monitoring and validation of APQP with suppliers.
• RT/RAL animation and checklist follow-up.
• Managing suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensuring the convergence of professions and the completion of decision-making files.
• Participate in meeting investment targets and in the digital validation of proposals.
• Manage the designers within the assigned scope.
• Ensure the officialization and follow-up of the supplier.
